Information: Kathy Bailey defines the mission statement of Compassion In Action (CIA) Ministries as: "Encouraging women to live active Christ-centered lives, full of compassion and grace." CIA Ministries Specialized Speaking Ministries for: Conferences, Seminars, Ladies Meetings and Special Emphasis Days.

Kathy Bailey is a speaker who brings a variety of insights and experiences to Christian women's ministries. She has a passion for souls and a Christ-like compassion for the challenges today's women face. Her ministry is in keeping with and emphasizes the scriptural principle of Titus 2:3-5, the reality and practicality of the Christian life and the importance and authority of the local church. A believer in Jesus Christ since early childhood, her ministries have included speaking at women's retreats and banquets, leading a weekly prayer meeting for women that focuses on Biblical accountability, teaching a Ladies Sunday School Class, F.A.I.T.H. evangelism, serving on her church's Women's Ministry Leadership Team and publishing a monthly newsletter for women, Reflections of Grace. In addition, she has worked in nursing home ministries.

Kathy offers FREE Women's Conferences to churches in the Southeast. The theme is "Get Real ... Stay Real"TM and focuses on the much needed Renewal, Encouragement, Affirmation and Love that all women need and seek. Women wear many hats: wife, mother, cook, taxi driver, seamstress, nurse, counselor, friend, sister, etc. In the busyness of life, we all need to take time out to recharge and be refreshed. Kathy's prayer is that we can learn to grow in Christ, loving each other, confessing our sins and bearing one another's burdens, so that we may be healed! Kathy has four stepsons, Joshua (25), Daniel (22), Matthew (20) & David (19). Kathy also has one daughter, Heather, two grandsons, Elisha (7) and Malachi (5) and two granddaughters Alexis (3) and Jazlyn (born 6/18/08). CIA Ministries exists because of the grace and mercy of Jesus Christ. It will always exist to honor and glorify Him alone. God is real and He is alive!
