Please follow the steps to submit your personal, business or ministry testimony:

Step 1: Download and print the testimony submission form if you do not already have one.
Step 2: Fax the completed form to (850) 219-9919.
Step 3: Type your testimony using Word and save as a document.
Step 4: E-mail ChristianConnection2005@comcast.net your testimony with the word document attached to us. Please note in the e-mail which enity you belong to or if it is to remain anonymous.
